Our 155 Double-row Precision Progressive Metal Stamping Die features a three-slot design for the stator and a two-slot design for the rotor, enabling the production of various products without the need to change molds. This enhances mold utilization and reduces development costs for our customers.

Meeting Customization Needs:
Recognizing the diverse requirements for motor cores, we offer customization options for all stamping molds. Our molds can process stator and rotor laminations ranging from Φ12 to Φ720mm, and can achieve functions such as self-locking, skewed slots, and punched step holes within the range of Φ12 to Φ260mm. Based on customer-provided drawings and samples, we offer customization in single-row, double-row, or multi-row sizes, as well as different forming processes including straight stacking with internal riveting, skew slot internal riveting, and large rotary internal riveting.
