Our molds can process stator and rotor laminations ranging from Φ12 to Φ720mm, and can achieve functions such as self-locking, skewed slots, and punched step holes within the range of Φ12 to Φ260mm. Based on customer-provided drawings and samples, we offer customization in single-row, double-row, or multi-row sizes, as well as different forming processes including straight stacking with internal riveting, skew slot internal riveting, and large rotary internal riveting.
